A Super Mario Thing is a Super Mario World ROM hack created by members of raocow's talkhaus forums.

When development started, most of the contributors didn't have much experience making SMW romhacks.¹⁾

Demo's sprite was made by Terry von Fedelay.²⁾

raocow played this twice:

• Once in 2010 right after its release
• Again in 2021 for the 10th anniversary
