Meme was a virtual world runtime with an integrated programming language. It used RenderWare Version 2 by Criterion Software for its rendering.

Meme worlds are built in a 3D node-tree structure. Scripting is a primary concern. To this end, Meme contained a interpreted programming language (a Forth). One could run commands in this language in the console and see world changes instantly.
