On December 13th 2019, sylvie celebrated the 10th anniversary of [[cat planet]] by announcing a sequel.((https://twitter.com/sylviefluff/status/1205451485347303427)) However, she wished to temper expectations, saying:

===== Analysis =====
A few things can be gleaned from the video:

Cats have an animation that makes them bounce much more prominently than the original, and there's at least two different animations. Cats still turn to face the player.

Environmental decor is present, in a similar fashion to the fangame //[[super cat planet]]//.

A patterned level background can be seen, much different from //cat planet//'s flat backgrounds.

The angel has shiny dark-purple hair, and is dark-skinned. It could be speculated that color customization is present (like the dye shop in //super cat planet//).
